Congratulations all! You made it to the end of the Fall 2021 semester. Hopefully, this semester that started with so many unknowns has ended slightly more predictable and comfortable. We can only hope that Spring 2022 will be a little more stable and give us a better sense of what our worlds will look like for the immediate future. Before you turn off your screens and close your email next week, I ask you to consider volunteering your voice to serve the college next Spring. We have several available opportunities from last week and a new one added this week. These positions have wide-reaching effects on the lives of employees across the college, including implementing the 3Cs work, determining the allocation of the Employee Emergency Funds, and serving in the grievance appeals process. Your time and opinions will have a significant impact.May your holiday break be relaxing and renewing. We all deserve some much-needed rest! Happy holidays! I will talk to you again in January.~SamanthaSamantha Croft, Ph.D.[email protected]
