Annual Educational Adjustment Process for Qualifying Full-Time Faculty
If you have completed a higher degree or completed additional graduate hours (either 24, or 45 or more) in your teaching discipline or in the discipline of Education in this academic year (FY22), those additional hours or degree qualifies your salary to be reviewed for a higher salary level. If you qualify, please fill out the Educational Level Adjustment form and have your institution send or email an official transcript to [email protected] by July 15, 2022.

 If you are an active employee enrolled in the *HealthSelect of Texas or Consumer Directed HealthSelect plan and have NOT had a preventive screening completed in the last 12 months, then you are eligible for an on-site preventive check-up. Employee Wellness Month Campus Visits! Join the HR Benefits- Wellness team, Campus Wellness Champions, and fellow campus colleagues for some fun games, connections, and even some giveaways.

ACC Welcomes First Employee Relations Officer
 Austin Community College welcomes Kelly Torrico as the college’s first Employee Relations Officer (ERO). As outlined in Resolution of an Employee Grievance, the ERO ensures employee concerns will be resolved fairly, efficiently, and consistently with College values. More information on the new ERO position and Torrico can be found here.
ACC Welcomes First Entrepreneur-In-Residence
Austin Community College welcomes Nicole Jackson as its first Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR). The office was created to bring real-world expertise and entrepreneurial practice to students and the classroom. In this role, Jackson will help develop dynamic curricula and provide mentorship, guidance, and market insights to students and employees.
