Dropped for Non-Payment

Attention Students

• If you’ve been dropped from your biology class due to non-payment, please know that the Biology Department is not required to reinstate you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your tuition is paid on time.
• Reinstatement after a non-payment drop is at the instructor’s discretion. If your instructor chooses not to approve your request, please be respectful of their decision. These requests are not guaranteed or automatically processed.

If you were dropped for non-payment, follow these steps:

1. Email your instructor as soon as possible and copy (cc) the Biology Admin Office at [email protected].
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your full name
   • Your ACCeID
   • The course number, section, and synonym
   • Your instructor’s name
   • A clear request for reinstatement

If the instructor approves your request, the Biology Admin Office will submit a schedule change form on your behalf.

Once reinstated, it may take up to 24 hours for your Blackboard access to update. Be sure to follow up with your instructor to catch up on any missed work.
