Employee Climate Survey is open.
The ACC employee climate survey was emailed out yesterday.  Look for an email from Vice Chancellor Jenna Cullinane Hege with your survey link. Please take a few minutes to give your opinions about your ACC experience.
 The survey closes on March 6th.
Free On-campus COVID testing
ACC is hosting free COVID testing on several campuses. These are walk-in tests, and no appointment is necessary. They are open to all ACC students, employees, family members, and the community.

Faculty Senate Meeting on Friday, February 11th 
All full-time faculty are encouraged to attend the Faculty Senate meeting on Friday, February 11th, from noon-1:30 pm. We will have an opportunity to meet our new Provost, Dr. Monique Umphrey. She will give us an overview of the Chancellor’s Priority work going on across the college and answer your questions. Available Opportunities
Participate in a 3Cs Roundtable Discussion
ACC’s work on the 3 Cs is continuing. You are cordially invited to participate in a one-hour online roundtable discussion with other members of the ACC family. This year, the goal of the roundtables is to identify specific areas for improvement along with suggestions for implementation. Ideas generated at the roundtables will be shared with the Chancellor’s Cabinet, the 3 Cs Cross-Functional Team, and our new 3 Cs Learning Community at ACC. The goal is to develop 3 Cs tools & resources for ACC employees. Email Missi Patterson ([email protected]) with any questions.
This opportunity will be limited to the first 100 employees who respond, so grab your spot now for one of the sessions in March 2022.
Full-time Faculty Representative for Guided Pathways Institute
ACC will be sending a team of approximately 15 people to the upcoming Pathways Institute scheduled for April 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Houston.  This institute will emphasize “the importance of Keeping Students on Their Pathway through the development of student services, holistic advising, mental health services, and meeting basic student needs while building a financial ecosystem and enhancing campus culture.” Here’s the “agenda at a glance” so that you can get a feel for the focus.Click on the Contact Us! link at the bottom of this newsletter to email your interest in participating in this opportunity.

Academic Support Services Virtual Open House on Feb 16th.
Faculty can learn about tutoring and the online tutoring process.  Learn about embedded tutoring and how to get involved in adding Embedded tutors to your classroom.  Supplemental Instruction and Academic Coaching are included in the presentations.  There will even be breakout rooms where faculty can get  questions answered.  Faculty, Students, and Staff are invited, so share the information with your students.  Registration is required.Register here.
Housing Assistance Webinar
The College and Community Resource Series (CCRS) will be on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 am. The webinar will focus on Housing Assistance and will feature representatives from the surrounding area that will provide insight into the process and services offered.
