Are you looking forward to Spring Break? I anticipate a unanimous answer of “Yes”! We all deserve a chance to rest and relax next week, but are you going to take it? My conversations with colleagues this week revealed that many of you are looking forward to Spring Break not to go to the beach or do your hobbies but to catch up on work. You are cordially invited to participate in a one-hour online roundtable discussion with other members of the ACC family. This year, the goal of the roundtables is to identify specific areas for improvement along with suggestions for implementation. Ideas generated at the roundtables will be shared with the Chancellor’s Cabinet, the 3 Cs Cross-Functional Team, and our new 3 Cs Learning Community at ACC. The goal is to develop 3 Cs tools & resources for ACC employees. The e-Staffing Committee ensures the smooth operation of the ACCeStaffing system in conformity with the administrative rules relating to Adjunct Faculty workload and assignments.Member reflection: “It is a respectful sharing of ideas intended to optimize e-staffing for all concerned.” 
Safety and Environmental Management Committee
The Safety and Environmental Management Committee recommends and reviews procedures, administrative rules, and programs related to environmental health and safety (SEM) security management, preparedness, emergency management, and sustainability.Member reflection:Committee members are sincere about their commitment and care about ACC’s well-being, especially safety. Overall, it was valuable for me to serve on the committee to ensure that safety issues cover all groups at ACC.”
