Campus Group Chats

These group chats for employees are intended to be casual conversations with a 3rd party (non-ACC) licensed professional present to help guide the flow of communication and provide tips for dealing with change in the workplace and other life stressors.

We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to be a part of these discussions, whether to talk, or just listen.

Flu Shot Clinics will be back on the ACC campuses through

Flu Shot Clinics will be back on the ACC campuses through the month of October, and also at the         General Assembly this year.

Employees are encouraged to register in advance for a flu shot appointmentWalk-ins will be welcomed as supply is available, but clinics must meet a minimum number of advanced registrations in order for the clinic to make.

Employees must provide appropriate insurance information upon registration and at the time of appointment. Call your insurance provider or H-E-B Pharmacy if you have questions about coverage.

COVID vaccines may be offered on a walk-in basis as supply is available. (no pre-registration available)

Good news!! Wellness Classes are Here!

Our amazing wellness instructors are back with virtual wellness classes available FREE to all ACC employees from September 11th – December 16th, 2023.  New In-Person Classes added as well!

Please be sure to register prior to attending any classes.  

There is still no attendance requirement, this form is required for participation. You may sign up for as many classes as you plan to attend using one form. This form contains the official class waiver and provides us with a way to communicate important information regarding the classes throughout the semester. 

While most of the classes for this semester are live online classes, we will have a few in-person opportunities available as well this semester. Sign up for the in-person classes listed below at the registration link above.

  • Strength & Conditioning w/Olga- MW 12-1pm- NRG Gym (Bldg 2000, room 2102)
  • Pilates w/Erika- Tuesdays 12-1pm- HLC Building 4000, room 2000.09- *8 week session (9/26 – 11/14)
  • Yoga- Wednesdays 12-1pm- HLC Building 4000, room 2000.09- *8 week session (9/27 – 11/15)

All classes are modifiable for all levels of fitness. We hope you’ll give one a try!

We hope to see you in a class soon, but if you don’t have time for a full class or can’t make it during the scheduled times, we’ve included some links below to work exercise and stretching into your daily routine.  Perhaps you can do these during your 15-minute breaks each day!
