Our amazing wellness instructors are back with virtual wellness classes available FREE to all ACC employees from January 16th – May 11th, 2024 (pending participation).  New In-Person Classes added as well!

Please be sure to register prior to attending any classes.  

There is still no attendance requirement, but this form is required for participation. You may sign up for as many classes as you plan to attend using one form. This form contains the official class waiver and provides us with a way to communicate important information regarding the classes throughout the semester. 

While most of the classes for this semester are live online classes, we will have a few in-person opportunities available as well this semester. Sign up for the in-person classes listed below at the registration link above.

  • Strength & Conditioning w/Olga- MW 12-1pm- NRG Gym (Bldg 2000, room 2102)
  • Pilates w/Stacie- Tuesdays 12-1pm- HLC Building 4000, room 2000.09 (Registration FULL)
  • Yoga w/Carly- Wednesdays 12-1pm- HLC Building 4000, room 2000.09 (Registration FULL)

All classes are modifiable for all levels of fitness. We hope you’ll give one a try!

We hope to see you in a class soon, but if you don’t have time for a full class or can’t make it during the scheduled times, we’ve included some links below to work exercise and stretching into your daily routine.  Perhaps you can do these during your 15-minute breaks each day!
