Orientation

  • When: Tuesday, January 28, 2020, 2 – 3 p.m.
  • Where: The Clinical Education Center (CEC). Please check reader board for room assignment.
  • What to bring: Signed syllabus release form for RNSG 2121
  • Orientation is required. See Blackboard for further announcements regarding orientation.
  • Syllabus, modules, and assignments can be found online in Blackboard.

  • Evolve Apply Online Case Studies
  • Nursing Practice Act, Nursing Peer Review Act, Nurse Licensure Compact, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Compact (available free of charge from the Texas Board of Nursing at this link).

Recommendations for Success

  • Stay on top of weekly assigned modules, readings, quizzes and other assignments. Pay close attention to due dates via calendar!
  • Check Announcements on Blackboard at least several times a week.
  • Keep email address in Blackboard current.
  • Attend all scheduled RNSG 2121 class labs and participate in class discussions. Be an active learner.
  • Maintain active communication with instructors through Blackboard via email. Clarify questions, concepts when needed. We want you to be successful!
